My daughter is 16 years old and her weight is 57 kg. She gers cough and cold frequently. She gets tired quickly and not able to cope up with daily study hours and other physical work. Due to increased study at this age i was thinking if this might help. Please advise if ok to give and dosage.. Her hemoglobin is within the normal range and over all reports are normal
