Too early to comment. But, my mother (76 yrs) responded well to this medicine.

As per the directions of Dr. Charak I started using it. I found a great relief. I was suffering from Hyper Acidity and Reflux problems for so many months. This has really given me a great relief. I am using it combination with Amlowin of Arkashala.

for my problem alserex is workingug very well. how long the drug can be used as longterm use of its ingredient sutashekhara rasa has poisionous effect. i will be hapyy if any doctor clarify it

Very good medicine for stomach ulcers.
